Hesap oluşturduysanız, BeyazMelek uygulaması içinden hesap silme talebi başlatabilirsiniz.

• Uygulamayı açın ve Profil bölümüne gidin.
• Gizlilik seçeneğini açın.
• Hesabı silme talebi başlat düğmesine dokunun.
• Parolanızı girin ve onay kutusunu işaretleyin.

Silme talebi alındığında hesap silme süreci başlar. Kişisel bilgiler, dini tercihler, bildirim cihaz bağlantıları, favoriler ve isteğe bağlı senkronize edilmiş takip kayıtları silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Kanunen tutulması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar gerekli süre kadar saklanabilir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız destek için support@beyazmelek.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Güvenliğiniz için hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamamız gerekebilir.

If you created an account, you can start account deletion from within the BeyazMelek app.

• Open the app and go to Profile.
• Open Privacy.
• Tap Start account deletion request.
• Enter your password and confirm the request.

After the request is received, the deletion process begins. Personal information, religious preferences, notification device links, favorites, and optionally synchronized progress records are deleted or anonymized. Limited records may be retained when required by law.

If you cannot access the app, contact support@beyazmelek.com. For account security, we may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
